Fitbit Versa 4 won't work

Hi I had my fitbit versa 4 almost a year and for some reason this morning it's turned  off won't charge keeps turning on with the fit bit logo but then there is a big red x in the screan and it goes of cnt get any thing on it cnt reset it or restart it keeps Cummin up do I won't set up versa 4 but cnt get the numbers of the screan as its not staying on long  enough how do I fix this please

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.
To hopefully get things fixed, first please make sure that your device has been charged. Next please change your device's clock face to a different one as described here:

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 

If your Versa 4 is working fine after that, you can switch back to the clock face you've been using before.
