My Versa 4 does not recognize the batterystatus any more. I can see it on the watch but not on the phone. Consequence is that i do no longer receive information when accu is weak. The watch just goes off. My phone is a Samsung 23+.
Any help here? Thank you.

Hi there, @Dolly-1008. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is no longer updating the battery life and that your weather app is also not updating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If the battery is not updating, I'd recommend making sure that your Versa 4 is syncing properly. As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
With that being said, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. If your device is not syncing, the battery status and the weather app won't update.
