When I go on the Fitbit app on my phone to look at details from exercise, mainly after a run, the app freezes and I eventually have to close it down so I can never look back at the stats of my runs.
This only started happening a couple of months ago but it is very very annoying and I'm close to giving up with Fitbit!!
How can I fix this? I've tried the usual delete the app, redownload, log out / log back in etc. but I'm getting fed up. It shouldn't be this difficult to look back at the pace breakdowns from a run 3 days ago?!
