I changed the birthday on my google account but my fitbit hasnt updated. it is showing me the wrong birth year and heart rate zones. Please help

Hello @NaanaO and welcome to the Community.    This path should work for you.  Tap on the You icon in the lower right of your Fitbit app.  Tap on your name at the top to go to your Personal page.  Tap on your Birthday to go to the correct screen to update it.
