Fitbit app issues after switching from android to IPhone

I just got a new iPhone 15 after being an android user with no Fitbit issues.  My husband and I have the save model iPhone and same model Versa 4 Fitbit watches.  I have tried reinstalling, unpairing and even a full factory reset on my watch.  When I go to notifications and then app notifications it shows no apps at all and I can’t search for them either.  My husbands phone shows all his apps.  Also under account settings I am missing many options my husbands phone app has:  authorized devices, change email, change password two factor authentication are all missing.  I have tried everything I’ve seen to fix this.

Hi @Pmills518 - there is a simple reason for this. On Android you see all your apps in App notifications whilst on iPhone you only apps which have a pending notification on the status bar, or ones you have already selected.

Get a pending notification for the app you want to receive notifications from then go to App notifications.

I see all my apps under notifications and she doesn’t. We both have rhe same iPhone and versa4
