Hi Community,
Can someone help me understand why my Fitbit app is freezing once it goes to the update screen (as seen below)?
The problem is that it freezes once I try to click the update button and so it does not register that I am clicking. The app has updated, and connected to my Versa 4, and I am following the correct way to update my device, but the app is still freezing.
