Fitbit customer services - just me or are they SO bad

Hello all

I have two ongoing issues with my versa 4 which i driving me up the wall. 

Floors climbed is wildly inaccurate - has been for months, since i wore it in a shallow public swimming for half an hour.  Fitbit keep telling me it's software related.  I believe their 'water resistant' versa 4 is NOT water resistant.  I am nearing the end of my warranty  I am told that this is being referred to a higher team and then don't hear anything. 

Separately (i think) there is a software glitch that is effecting metrics like calories burned - I can see in daily view but if i try and look back across a week or a month the info doesn't low.  Same with active minutes.  

What is the point of a fitness tracker if it doesnt track fitness???

Anyone have any suggestions pls?

I've updated the app, rebooted, updated my IOS, unpaired and paired - even did the factory reset thing.  no joy

I am so over Fitbit. None of my data is ever accurate. It says I sleep when I don't. Stairs are always off. Now today it won't even synch. Keeps flashing the logo and then I get a red X. I can't even do a hard reset. Beyond frustrated. I'm looking into a different brand. I've used Fitbit forever, but no more. Their software division is beyond pathetic. And now going over to Google, which is even worse.
