Fitbit device keeps vibrating when I already answered the call

The watch wont answer the phone and continues to buzz/ring even after the phone is in use. 

 

Update: Has anyone had this happen and how did you fix it

You posted in both the Sense and Versa 4 area - which do you have?

i noticed only after i had to choose a brand

Hi there, @Inisro40. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit device. 

I was wondering the same as @Odyssey13 since it seems like you have a Sense instead of a Versa 4. If you do have a Versa 4, have you made sure it's properly linked to a different Fitbit account? Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense series, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.

As for the issue you're having, since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa4/Sense > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Luxe and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
