And I mean the entire company. I just bought the verse of 4 because my sense was frozen on the fitbit icon. I wasted $200 on that watch because it was out of warranty. Fitbit gave me 35% of 2 buy a new fitbit watch. since I've gotten this versa 4 I have had the same problem as you. No map! customer service keeps dropping my call. I'm sending it back and going with garmin.
