Fitbit just renewed my premium that I didnt authorize when they KNOW MY WATCH DIED A YEAR AGO

I just got charged $85.00 annual renewal that I did not authorize on my Versa4 and the really irritating part is Fitbit knows my watch is dead and they wouldnt warranty it because it was a couple weeks over the warranty.

How do I get this refunded?  Im going to dispute this on my bank account but would prefer Fitbit do the right thing!

This article says Autorenewals stopped in February 2024, so why did they just charge me?

@SDunn42  I don't know. You'll have to get with Fitbit
