Fitbit not tracking sleep zones or proving sleep score

Hello,

I got this Fitbit about a month ago and it suddenly stopped giving me sleep zone information and a sleep score. I’ve only been getting simplified sleep information. I’ve tried restarting my watch, logging out of the Fitbit app, and wearing my watch on the opposite wrist when I’m sleeping. I really enjoy the sleep data from the watch and I’m sad to see that I’m not getting it anymore.

@palisauraus , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for sharing your screenshots. 

The following conditions can prevent sleep phase recording:

- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (below 25%). This prevents the pulse from being recorded regularly.
- You use the metal bracelet while sleeping
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance so that your pulse is recorded regularly and sleep phases can be recognized.

I am having the same issue. I went through the chat function for some help but nothing we tried worked.

Could you please confirm what  Support already recommended to you so that I don't ask you again to do it again, if not necessary.

Are the green LEDs blinking?
Do you receive the simplified sleep record or none at all?

Have you worn the Versa 4 at least for 4 nights?
