I have had mine after a little less then a year. I have tried to link it to my alexa multiple times. Fails every single time. Try to figure out how to change to the Google assistant. Tried to just follow the directions offered by the fitbit community/ support(useless). Simply cannot find a way to change to Google assistant. The user interface is horrible. I will for sure never buy another device like this.

I have to say I concur. Mine is a disaster, though I haven’t quite given up hope.

Okay. After fighting with it for a year today, I was determined I was either going to fix it or I was going to throw it in the garbage. But I have good news after about 2 hours of fighting with it. I finally got it to work with my voice connectivity. I ended up having to restart to factory settings and then delete and reinstall. My app delete the device and then refine the device 3 different times and then finally after the third time, I got it to work. It was clearly a glitch in their system. I'm not sure what the hell happened, but I did. The exact same steps after I did the restoration and the uninstalling of the app. And somehow it worked, but anyways, hope you have an easier time than me!
