the screen showed a flashing fitbit logo and a red x. then it went dead. attempted all the solutions, unpaired the phone and watch, removed the watch from the app, restarted my phone, unpaired all my devices on my phone. nothing works. it still doesn't allow me to get to any sort of menu or signs of life on the watch. please help

Mine does this too, how do I contact support? I’m also having trouble finding out the warranty period
