Fitbit won't stay paired to phone

Hey all, does anyone have a solution to fitbit not staying paired with the phone instead any time mine tries to sync in the app it just auto restarts the device and fails to sync is there something I can do about this?

Hi @Mikepizza131 - the good thing is if you turn off Bluetooth on the phone the watch should work fine.

Sometimes when the app can't complete a change of clock faces, or similar, it causes the watch to restart.

You may be able to partially get around it, if this is the cause, by logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

When you login again wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Also have a look after, in the Gallery tile and stop any changes. You may have to repeat this process.

Make sure you are using the latest Fitbit App on your phone.
