I have 2 clockface purchased in Fitface collection and they are not showing in the Fitbit app. I was searching for the free generic clockface but the link doesn't work even any other link provided by Fitface. Anyone else with the similar issue?

I get out my versa 1 from a drawer after 2 years of no usage.
I did all the necessary account and softwares updates, but now I'm stuck with my old FitFace clockface. Impossible to change, neither on the watch or on the mobile app. The old FitFace is still installed but not shown among the 5 slots of clockfaces I have. I can access to FitFace settings pages (with FitFace login an list of clockfaces) but the clockface is in a constant refresh/update installation with error on the mobile app. I cannot stop or cancel it, and it never finishes...
Also FitFace clockface is not present in the gallery. So I don't know of to remove it.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @matokato and @Adamoth,
I don't know if this might imply to you, but since June 2024 3rd party apps and clock faces had to be removed from the Fitbit gallery if you're in the European Economic Area due to new new EU regulatory requirements. That's why there is no official access to FitFace clock faces any longer.
