I average eleven thousand to thirteen thousand steps a day as tracked by my Versa 4, but when syncing to the Fitbit app on my phone it only registers one to two thousand steps and though I pay for premium it is not keeping my sleep stats or other requested tracking. Though I have tried no less than ten times, the available update will not work. Based on other posts it seems that is a common occurrence with the only solution to get a new watch. I purchased this one in July so am out of the time frame for a new one, but the watch is working fine it’s just the app that’s not which should be something that Fitbit itself should be taking care of and consumers shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of jumping through hoops to make something they spent good money on work. Guess my mom was right, I should of bought an Apple Watch instead!

Hi, @Mobleyam Welcome to the community.
Thanks for explaining this situation in regards to the steps synced in your app from your Versa 4.
I understand this could be frustrating, but no worries! I was able to confirm your Versa 4 needs to the updated to the next Firmware version, my best recommendation would be to update it and check if the situation persists once you have done it, you can check more information about this here.
Also, do a restart before you try again.
