I discovered the glance app for the first time. I thought I'd try it so I linked to my dexcom. It started good. Had face then E500 then constant buzzing and stale data on my phone. I was reading about other people complaining about a similar problem and being told they had to buy a new phone. So I went back into the Fitbit app. Went to the gallery. Chose my old watch face and things seem to be back to normal. Only thing I think it might be is dexcom g7 doesn't support my new phone so maybe glance is unable to link. I'm just glad I didn't screw it up to the point of a new watch. Hope this helps anyone else who may have faced my problem.

Error in my explanation above. The buzzing and stale data was on the Fitbit versa 4 watch not on my phone. I read on my phone about other people having a similar problem and being told they had to buy a new watch. Hope I didn't confuse anyone.
