Hi,

I am not able to add any credit card under Google wallet with Versa 4 in Singapore. I tried to add multiple credit cards but same error “Contact to Bank” . I checked with bank and they told me that no issue if I am able to add card on google pay. I think issue with Fitbit app with google wallet.

For some reason, even if your bank and card support "Wallet" on the phone, it does NOT automatically support "Wallet" on  FitBit.

 

Supported / unsupported cards in Singapore.

I have several cards (card1 and card2) in the Google Wallet on my phone but I was not able to add any of them to Versa 4 wallet.

Same error: Contactless Payments are not supported. 

One of these card (card1) does not support Fitbit Pay in the US. The other one (card2) supports Fitbit Pay.

I was able to add a completely new card (card3) though. Once I added it, I've got an email from my bank that the card has been added to Fitbit Pay even though I've never used Fitbit Pay and bought Versa 4 for full Google Wallet support mostly.

 

It looks like Versa 4 does not have full Google Wallet support, it's still identified as Fitbit Pay by banks (card3 bank's email) even though it has Google Wallet icon and UI.

I suspect that card1 has failed to be added because card1 bank does not support Fitbit Pay (Google Pay is supported though).

I'm not sure why would card2 is not being added.

 

So Google Wallet on Versa4 looks like a big mess now. It's kind of Google Wallet branded version of Fitbit Pay which is being why multiple banks cards are not being added from phone Google Wallet into Versa4 Google Wallet.

I think some issue with fitbit app as I am able to add credit cards on google pay with phone. As per bank no issue with card as able to add on google pay and its fitbit app issue

Yes correct its some fitbit app issue with google pay. Lets see when they will resolve this issue. Thanks for great update

I cant see the google pay wallet only fitbit after the last update for versa 4 and i cant add my card to fitbit wallet too issuses unable to connect!! Can help me
