Since the communication in July '23, there has been no further info on what steps I can or should take to get my Fitbit Versa 4 functioning correctly.
I have the feeling that something is wrong with the ability to update the device. Recently, I have also already been unable to access local weather conditions, though I'm sure that the settings related to location recognition are in order.
Besides the failure to charge the Google Wallet, this issue is starting to cause additional discontent.
May I expressly but urgently request that a solution be offered in the form of guidance to a solution or delivery of a replacement device at worst.
You must understand that yielding "patience" has its limits, especially if I do not hear anything or get a solution to the problem.
May I ask you to take a serious look at this file and give me feedback.
