It is generally helpful if you can give some more information when posting a question like this.

I have no idea if you just got the Versa 4 and the Health Metrics tile is missing from the phone app, if you have had the Versa 4 for a while and just realized you have never had the missing Health Metric tile, if you have had Health Metrics all along but it just disappeared, and if so, did anything else just change, such as installing an update.

I have had versa4 for a few months, I have the health metrics tile but there is no information showing when I click on it.

I have read that I should delete the fitbit app and reinstall it which I have done and made sure the app is updated. I find it frustrating that the information is missing, especially when paying for premium.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Canaway!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. It seems that your Versa 4 isn't syncing with your Fitbit app after having reinstalled it. Assuming that you've already logged in with your Google account, hopefully this will be helpful to solve this issue:

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

So you do have the Health Metrics tile.  You say the info is missing.  Does it list nothing at all within the tile, or does it at least list the 5 categories, but no values under them, never have gotten any values at all in any categories? even resting heart rate?

Have you called support, although I know they are not always satisfying, and sometimes I think the board here has better answers, but at least if no answers elsewhere, a good option,

Yes, I  was told to force stop, which I have done but still nothing, just wondering if I should remove the app and reinstall it or just give up.

No particular reason to think this would help but another thing you could try:

Click Edit at top right of screen; then X on Health Metrics to delete it; then Done on Edit button.  Then Edit again; scroll down to 'Additional Stats' and find Health Metrics there and add it back, and see if it comes back any better.  You also can get into Edit mode, often accidentally, just by pressing any tile for a few seconds.

Good to see you around @Canaway.

Thanks for sharing the situation about health metrics.

Please, try to delete cache and data of your Fitbit app.

To do that, on your phone: Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache and data.

If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

Thank you, I have tried clearing cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing showing yet. I will see if anything shows up tomorrow.

Thank you. I have done that and still nothing.

Very annoying 🙄
