I used to have a Versa 2, but the battery stopped holding charge, so I upgraded it to a Versa 4. I wear an NHS Phonak Bluetooth hearing aid. When I had my Versa 2, my phone would ring, it'd hear it in my hearing aid and it'd pop up on my Versa 2 screen, I could tap the Versa 2 to answer the call and proceed with the call using my hearing aids built in microphone. It was really cool and useful.
With my Versa 4, it's a bit hit/miss as to whether calls pop up on the screen. The call rings in my hearing aid but I can't answer it using my Versa 4 like I did with my Versa 2. Sometimes the call pops up, othertimes it doesn't. When it does pop up, I can't the continue with the call via my hearing aid, only via my Versa 4 which makes hearing the call difficult because I'm not using my hearing aid. It is really annoying and frustrating, especially as it worked perfectly on my Versa 2.
What am I doing wrong? I've seen that you can pair the Versa 4 with hearing aids, but I can't find where to do this in the settings. Both the Versa 4 and my hearing aids are paired with my phone, because I can listen to music from my phone via my hearing aid. And I do get notifications from my phone on my Versa 4.
