I recently swapped my Versa 2 for the new Versa 4 and it isn’t reading my heart rate accurately during workouts. It rarely reads above 100 bmp. How can I fix this?

Hi @LaurenS83 - any smart watch after the Versa 2 has this problem with reading heart rate accurately during movement or exercise but should still measure RHR and sleep ok.
if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

@LaurenS83 Welcome back to the Fitbit community!
The back of previous Versa models was more curved while the back of the Versa 4 is almost flat. Thus, after my experience, it is even more important for the Versa 4 to be worn correctly during exercises to get more reliable heart rate tracking.
By wearing my Versa 4 two fingers above my wrist, I get readings above 100 bpm as well.
