  • Bought the new versa 4 and very disappointed with the lack of accuracy in heart rate and zone minutes. Does anyone have a solution? As I can be doing high intensity cardio and it says I am at a 78 heart rate ..... Really regret upgrading at this point. Had it for two weeks already, did all up grades etc and messing up  discovery vitality rewards as well as cardio track progress.

Accepted Solutions

I am afraid that there is no solution.

The V4 has the same inaccurate heartrate sensor as the V3.

This issue has been going on for 2 years now.

Fitbit's reaction is " We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track".

I am still not back on track again!

I just purchased the Versa 4 a month ago.  The zone minutes just stopped working every other day.  I have tried all the fixes and called them.   Any ideas.
