Heart rate isn’t tracking accurately

When I am using the exercise function my versa 4 isn’t tracking my heart rate. My heart rate is being tracked throughout the day and shows up in my stats. I have tried all the suggestions on the forum and they do not work

@Mrsclem2000 Welcome back to the Fitbit community!

Doing exercises most often leads to stronger arm movement. Therefore you should make sure to wear your device in a fixed position two fingers above your wrist while exercising:
