Heart rate sensor of My versa 4 stopped working after recent update. Tried restarting and factory reset and then  device started behaving wildly and in loop restart. Extremely disappointed

Hi @Myvings - if the watch was behaving incorrectly before a factory reset, it may still have problems afterwards and in addition a factory reset can fail and even cause a good watch to stop working if not done right or due to problems with it.

You may still be able to do another factory reset using the button but best to talk with support.

Hi @Myvings - if the watch was behaving incorrectly before a factory reset, it may still have problems afterwards and in addition a factory reset can fail and even cause a good watch to stop working if not done right or due to problems with it.

You may still be able to do another factory reset using the button but best to talk with support.

Thank you. Now I'm more or less convinced it is due to the 18 March  update
