Hourly Activity Goal no longer showing up on the Fitbit app

Have updated App, restarted phone, updated and restarted Versa 4, toggled Bluetooth on and off and still doesn’t sync in background, hourly movement shown on watch often no longer shows in App, and now always have to manually force App to sync! Sleep stages and durations are clearly present but now there is often no sleep score. Spoke with Fitbit by phone in January at length to no avail. Response was “we are aware and are working on it”. After 12 years of using Fitbit, I’m finding it’s now quite unreliable!

Hi @SunsetRunner - in September 2023 a new V4 Fitbit App was released which still has connection issues.

Because of this, syncing is an issue and notifications may also stop coming to the watch.

@MarreFitbit After nearly a month with no response from the “Support Team” I assume there will be no further action. I’m sorry you saw the need to change the title of my post as the issue is the lack of Versa 4 Sync reliability, not just that the hourly activity isn’t counting.

Same mess for me! Versa 4 is not great. They tell me there is an app update and I can’t find it anywhere. I sold my Apple watch because I loved my Fitbit prior to that purchase, but this is very unreliable. I’m re thinking my decision
