Hourly activity

Hourly activity is not recording on the app. Not the first time but it isn’t responding to any attempt to repair. Suggestions please.

Hi @dreambuilder - one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it can lose connection with the watch.

You may be able to temporarily solve this by toggling Bluetooth off/on, restarting the watch, it even restarting the phone and try to sync.
