my hourly steps per hour are updating on my phone but not my app. I have synced and restarted and still showing I didn’t meet the hourly steps. So frustrating as this has happened before and Fitbit never has an answer or solves the issue.

Hi @Chell53 - it may not be syncing properly somehow or you may have your phone as a device.
In the Fitbit App, device page (Connected to) make sure phone is not connected to your account and if it is remove it.
If it is still a problem try using a different clock face, such SimpleClockPro which shows you on the display how many steps taken, or to do, per hour and how many active hours, along with an hourly history for the day, and multiple reminders to move, it may help you keep active better.
