How can I reset the time on my versa 4 please? It’s about 45 mins behind.

Sad to hear that your having an issue with your Versa 4.
As a first attempt to get things fixed, I'd suggest restarting your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
