When I charged my Versa 4 for the first time in preparation for setting it up I accidentally touched the wrong language. Is there any way to start over without continuing the setup?

You can cancel the set up process and start all over again or you can change the language later, after finishing the set up. In order to do so, see How do I change my language on Fitbit?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @jetgrey!
In order the start setup all over without having to finish this process first, please keep your Versa 4's button pressed until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Keep the button pressed until the Fitbit logo is flashing. Then release your device's button and keep it pressed again until you'll see a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and let your device reboot.
