How do I change the brightness on the screen?

Hi @Loisjj - the simplest way is to pull down on the watch face to get to the Quick Settings. There you can turn off Sleep if it is enabled as it will stop changing the brightness, from that screen or in the watch settings, also reachable from that screen. However you may still find that the brightness has a mind of it's own.
