how do I get the watch to turn on with wrist motion

Hi there, @Bunners. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I will be glad to help you to enable the screen wake on your Versa 4.

In order to do so, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. The screen wake feature is represented by a watch. 

  • When you set screen wake to Button & motion, the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.
  • When you set screen wake to Button only, press the button or tap the screen to turn on the display.

Hi @Bunners - there are some simple tricks, a pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons will get the watch working normally with wrist wake or in the Fitbit App turning on Quick view and sync will also turn on wrist wake.
