How do I enable the "Always-On" display on my Versa 4 again?

My Versa 4 screen has changed in the last couple days. I have it set up to read the time all the time. Normally after a few seconds the main screen goes away and I only see the time. Now all I get is the main screen with the seconds readout not changing. The screen is bright for a few seconds and then it dims, at the point that it would change to the time only. I hope this is clear.

Hi @gkgeiger - did you try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

A restart may cure the problem.

Hello @gkgeiger and welcome to the Community.  It sounds like your always on display got turned on.  Swipe down on the screen to go to your Quick Settings.  I bet the bottom left icon (looks like an analog clock) is on.  Tap it to turn it off.  The touch screen is very sensitive.  Inadvertent swipes and loose sleeves can easily make changes.

Yes, it is on. I want it to be on all the time, but the way it’s working is different than it was. Instead of the screen changing to just the time it just gets less bright, and as I said my second readout isn’t working. It only changes when I activate the main screen by raising my hand. I think it’s failing.

@gkgeiger   I'm sorry that I misread what you wrote.  What clock face are you using?  Can you post a picture that shows the problem?
