Hi there @Woldsweather, it is nice to see you around.

Thanks for sharing your questions about your Versa 4 with us.

It is actually not possible to connect a Fitbit device to a Facebook account. I can only assume that you wish to use your Versa 4 to receive Facebook notifications. If so, please read this page to learn more about how to proceed: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Otherwise, could you explain in your particular case a little bit more?

OK I thought I would be able to share my achievements on Facebook?

@Woldsweather   Disclaimer -- I don't share to Facebook, but I found this path on my iPhone:

  • Tap on the You icon in the lower right
  • Choose Feed in the Community section -- you must swipe left to see it
  • Tap on the What are you up to?
  • Select the achievement you want to share.  If it's an exercise, choose Exercise, then the one you want to share.  If it's a badge, choose Badge, then the one you want to share
  • You might see a Share option at the bottom of the page or a Next option in the upper right.  It feels pretty intuitive what you need to select
  • All options seem to lead to Next in the upper right -- tap Next
  • I get a 'Share elsewhere' at the bottom of my next screen
  • Facebook is an option in my sharing locations -- must swipe to see it

I followed the path to that point.  To be fair, the moderator is correct about linking accounts.  Fitbit used to have a closer relationship with Facebook.  You used to be able to search your Facebook friends for those who use Fitbits.  No longer.
