Hi @Lisahelps - did you logout of the Fitbit App, then login and setup calls again in the app, and if necessary run the watch setup with replace?
Note once you get the Bluetooth calls it will not stay connected as it is only connected when in calls or necessary.

Hi there, @Lisahelps. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I understand your concern. We're here to help you!
If you haven't done so yet, set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, please keep in mind what @Guy_ has mentioned as Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.
