I just upgraded from a Versa 3 to a 4 and cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the exercise goals or see the little icon that tells me how many hours out of 10 I got 250+ steps. I’m really getting frustrated. Thanks for any help!

I'd suggest having a closer look here to see how to set an exercise goal:

Versa 4 - Exercise and Heart Health

To get to your Hourly Activity you have to go to the Today app on your Versa 4 which shows your completed hours for the current day. If you don't have reached your hourly goal 10 minutes before the full hour, your Versa 4 will vibrate and display how many steps you've done this hour so far.
