After a screen display problem I have just replaced my Versa4 with another and can’t figure out how to resync the new one. I don’t want to change account details.

In order to set up your new Versa 4, first remove your previous device from the Fitbit app. Do not create a new account! Instead please follow the instructions provided under 'How do I set up a replacement device or add another device to my account?' to set up your new device next:
