How do I set up text notifications on my Versa 4?

I just bought a new versa 4 and came seem to set up Text message notifications on it

Hi @Virago700cc  - once the watch is setup, in the Fitbit App click profile photo and device photo and Notifications and ensure things are enabled. 

For other apps click on App notifications .If you have an IPhone you may not see a long list of apps at this stage.

On the watch pull down the watch face and turn off all icons.

Sync your watch with the Fitbit App by pulling down on the main phone screen after you open the app.

That should get you started to receive notifications.

My watch is not even 24 hours old.  Text message worked ONE TIME on initial set up and not since and none of the tips or suggestions work, including removing the app and re-installing.  Any other suggestions?

Hi @KAC728 - if you reinstalled the app did you setup Notifications & App notifications for the device all over again?

And did you restart the watch and phone again?
