Can anyone tell me how to stop this spinning shoe and the watch vibrating like I’m getting a phone call??
This is the worst experience ever. I’m about to return this

Hi there, @FitbitUser2123. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
As per the description of your post, it seems like you're referring to your step goal. Note that your Versa 4 will vibrate and show a trainer shoe walking across the screen once you meet your goal, it will vibrate to congratulate you. However, please note that at this time it's not possible to turn off your goal notification.
Nevertheless, you can always change your goal to increase or decrease your steps or change the main goal for other stat like calories, active zone minutes, etc. For more information, see How do I track my health and fitness goals with the Fitbit app?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

And for whatever reason the time doesn’t display when I raise my wrist up like my old one either.
it’s like all the features that made me choose this over the Apple Watch are falling by the wayside.

@FitbitUser2123 Please swipe down on your screen to see your Quick Settings. Make sure the bottom middle icon (looks like a wristwatch) isn't lit up If it is lit up, you are on button only. The screen is very sensitive to touch and it is very easy to accidentally change these settings.
