Versa 4 is installed on my phone, but I want to also sync it and add dietary information from my laptop. How do I add that device?

Hi there, @gailra. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. @LZeeW @Odyssey13 Thank you so much for your input!
As being said, the option to sync with your Windows phone or computer ended in October 2022. However, as @LZeeW mentioned, you can still check your Fitbit account by going to www.fitbit.com online dashboard and log your food or activities.

I’m reading your post a little different from @Odyssey13. First, your Versa 4 is fully set up on your account. You can’t sync with your laptop, but you can view your account on fitbit.com using a web browser. Use your same email and password. You can view some, but not all of the information on your mobile app. You can log food and search for nutritional information.
You will also see that some information that is on the mobile app isn’t on the web dashboard. For example, the Health Metrics aren’t on the web dashboard.
