How do I turn off exercise tracker on my Versa 4?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My exercise tracker kicks in when I am walking when I don’t want it to. I only want to track my steps in a day not how many walks I do. Can I turn this function off? I’ve been into settings and turned off all the things I think it could be. Thanks.

Hello @Salli403 and welcome to the Community.  The Versa 4 has a Walk Detect feature that wasn't on previous models.  Perhaps you missed this setting:

  • Short press the button to access your apps, then open the Exercise app
  • Select Walk
  • Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen
  • Look for Walk detect and make sure it is toggled to Off

I hope this helps.
