How do I turn off low HR notification on Versa 4?

In the app, I have it set to not notify me about low heart rate and it is set to the default level of 39, but my versa 4 vibrates if my heart rate goes below 49 for more than 10 minutes.

Why is it notifying me 10 above what the setting is for, and why is it notifying me at all when I have low heart rate disabled in the first place?

How can I stop it from vibrating and alerting me about my low heart rate?
