I how do stop getting the reminders to move?

Hi, @Pvoorheis , you need to turn this off in your app. From the, opening, Today screen click on the icon top left. On the next screen click on the picture of your Fitbit (Versa 4) . You will see that Reminders to Move is turned on. Click on that tile and toggle RTM to off.
If you don’t want them all day every day you will also see the option to change the hours in which you get them, and even the days (for example if you want weekends off, etc)
Whenever you make and changes in the app be sure to sync your Fitbit.
