How do I turn off the active zone minutes on my Versa 4?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a versa 4. As soon as my heart rate reaches a certain number, I get constant buzzing telling me “active zone minutes 12x your goal” the number changes, but that’s an example. When my heart rate is up, it does it every single minute that it’s up. I want to turn it off. It drives me CRAZY. I don’t want any heart rate notifications. I’ve turned off all heart rate things in settings. Somebody PLEASE tell me how to get this constant buzzing to stop.

Hi there, @B1967. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 keeps vibrating for your active zone minutes. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!

To better assist you, please make sure you've turned off the notifications by following the steps below:

  1. On your watch, open the Exercise app and tap an exercise.
  2. Swipe up, and tap the switch icon under Heart zone notifications.

Weekly Active Zone Minutes notifications:

  1. On your watch, open the Settings app > Goal reminders.
  2. Tap Active Zone Minutes goal.

It’s turned off. The buzzing is for achieving the weekly active zone minutes goal, which is apparently set for 1 minute for the week, so any time I do anything that gets my heart rate even a little high, it vibrates every single minute of that. I have my daily heart rate set to 500+ minutes, but I can’t find a weekly goal anywhere to adjust (or ideally turn off).
