Hi all,
How can I disable the auto-pause feature that's interfering with my training?
For example, I ran five miles today, but my watch only tracked two miles because the tracking stopped mid-run. I've noticed this happens when I take a short rest—the watch asks if I want to continue or stop the training. Is there a way to make it continue tracking automatically without pausing?

Yup, working now. Thank you 😊
Note: On my watch, I selected Run. Before starting the activity, I swiped up to access the Settings menu, where I found many useful features.
