I'm using the Versa 4, and I want to disable the heart rate monitor since it always ends up giving me anxiety whenever it's over 100 for no reason. I'm completely healthy and yet it still scares me.

Hi @AceOfSpades0058 - unfortunately there is no option to disable HR completely as it is the basis for calculating many of the measurements, but you can hide it by using a clock face that either doesn't show it or turning off the permission to show it.

Hi there, @AceOfSpades0058. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is tracking your heart rate too high. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling due to this. We're here to help! @Guy_ Thanks for your input!
Several factors can affect heart rate, including air temperature, stress level, alcohol or caffeine intake, immune response to illness, and medication use.
Spikes in your heart rate during sleep may be caused by sudden movements (for example, waking up and getting out of bed), or a weak signal due to wrist placement. Review our tips in How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?
For any concerns about your heart-rate data, contact your physician.
