It constantly vibrates my wrist and says double tap to pay. I don’t use my Fitbit for any tap pay at all,I’ve google searched how to do it but the top results have not helped. There doesn’t appear to be a way on my app or the phone to disable it as I’ve checked the settings on both of those. I’ve seen to remove the wallet as a shortcut on google but there’s no option for that when i follow those instructions

Hi there @wooyo0, Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for mentioning the steps that you have already tried to solve this issue.
I want to try these further steps as the methods you have followed didn't work. Keep in mind that the Fitbit Online Dashboard will be used for this process:

This has not worked, I've gone through the process twice now. My Fitbit is constantly vibrating and waking me up through the night which is wholly unacceptable. Please provide a proper fix asap, thanks.

Hi there, @SileD. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to follow the steps provided by @EstuardoFitbit. I understand how you must be feeling.
Please note there's no way to stop this (as this feature has already been activated) unless you perform a factory reset.
As our last resort, I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your Versa 4 from your Fitbit account). To do so, on your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
To avoid the wallet notification, please do not activate the device lock feature as this will lead to getting those notifications again. For more information, see How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
Note: If you set up Fitbit Pay or Google Pay, the device lock is turned on automatically and you’re prompted to set a code.
For more information on how to use Fitbit Pay and Google Pay, see What should I know about using my Fitbit device to make contactless payments?
