My GPS is wildly inaccurate on my versa4. I've undergone a factory reset and sent my device off and received a replacement. It is still wildly inaccurate. How to I get a refund?
Currys, the store from which I purchased it, say I need an Uplift Number in order for them to refund or exchange as Google/Fitbit will not deal with stores. Google /Fitbit they do not know what this is!
Have anyone had success eithxa refund for faulty devices?
