On my old Fitbit, my watch would vibrate every km when running/ walking however I haven’t figured out how to do this on the Versa 4. I got on to fitbit.com  where I got to a screen with activity/ cue/ cue type etc but it is not giving me any options to select an activity/ cue type etc. Can anyone help please?

Hello @Cnab1 and welcome to the Community.  The Versa 4 is different from most previous devices.  You don't make these changes at fitbit.com.  All of the exercise settings are on the device.  Here is how you do it for walk:

  • Short press the button to go to your apps
  • Select Exercise
  • Select Walk
  • Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen and look for Laps
  • Select Auto count
  • Select kilometers and the default preset is 1.0 km
  • Change it if you want using the spinning wheels
  • Tap on the screen to confirm

You must repeat this in the Run shortcut.  As an additional note.  When you swipe left/right on the Versa 4 screen, you are looking at your screen tiles, a new concept in Fitbit navigation.  When you swipe to the exercise screen, you see your last three shortcuts in three circles.  These are quick start shortcuts -- they don't give you any opportunity to change any settings.
