How to install the "training" app- this specific exact wording app?

My Fitbit wants to stop tracking my run as my feet are moving and my heart rate is up!

I get asked "Do you want to end this exercise?" when I'm just getting started! I read on the community forum to change the "auto-stop" setting in the "training app". I see no such app on my Versa 4.

How do I fix this please? Where is the "training app"?

@CClisa   The Training app is the same as the Exercise app.  I think some English versions for some non-English countries call it the Training app.

Update: Found it. One just doesn't have much time to get to the settings section without it immediately starting to track and the setting section disappears.

What a royal pain the Versa 4 has been compared to my other two FitBit trackers!!

There is no option for "auto-stop" anywhere in the exercise app either.
